<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I I <br /> I <br /> <br /> <br /> 1 13.2 Any third party claim or lawsuit filed against CONTRACTOR arising <br /> <br /> 2 from or related to services performed by CONTRACTOR under this Agreement. <br /> 3 Such report shall be submitted to COUNTY within twenty-four (24) hour of <br /> <br /> 4 occurrence, <br /> 5 13,3 Any injury to an employee of CONTRACTOR that occurs on COUNTY <br /> <br /> 6 property. Such report shall be submitted to COUNTY within twenty-four (24) <br /> 7 hours of occurrence, <br /> <br /> 8 13.4 Any loss, disappearance, destruction, misuse, or theft of any kind <br /> 9 whatsoever of COUNTY property, monies, or securities entrusted to CONTRACTOR <br /> <br /> 10 under the term of this Agreement. Such report shall be submitted to COUNTY <br /> <br /> 11 within twenty-four (24) hour of occurrence. <br /> 12 14. CONFLICT OF INTEREST <br /> <br /> 13 CONTRACTOR shall exercise reasonable care and diligence to prevent any <br /> 14 actions or conditions that could result in a conflict with the best interests <br /> <br /> 15 of COUNTY. This obligation shall apply to CONTRACTOR's employees, agents, <br /> 16 relatives, subcontractors, and third parties associated with accomplishing the <br /> <br /> 17 work hereunder. <br /> 18 CONTRACTOR's efforts shall include, but not be limited to, establishing <br /> <br /> 19 precautions to prevent its employees or agents from making, receiving, <br /> 20 providing, or offering gifts, entertainment, payments, loans, or other <br /> i <br /> 21 considerations which could be deemed to appear to influence individuals to act <br /> 22 contrary to the best interests of COUNTY. <br /> <br /> 23 15. ANTI-PROSELYTISM PROVISION <br /> 24 No funds provided directly to institutions or organizations to provide <br /> <br /> 25 services and administer programs under Title 42 United States Code (USC) <br /> 26 Section 604(a)(1)(A) shall be expended for sectarian worship, instruction, or <br /> <br /> 27 proselytization, except as otherwise permitted by law. <br /> 28 <br /> <br /> <br /> (WAM0811) 19 of 40 (December 22, 2011) <br /> <br /> 20B-21 <br />
