<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I participants enrolled in VTR activities will complete the activities per the <br /> <br /> 2 WTW staff referral. <br /> 3 1.2.4 WEX Completion Rate: Seventy percent (70%) of <br /> I <br /> 4 participants placed at a WEX worksite will complete the program per the WTW <br /> 5 staff referral. <br /> <br /> 6 1.2.5 VTR Employment Rate: Sixty percent (60%) of CalWORKs WTW <br /> 7 participants who attend VTR activities will obtain unsubsidized employment <br /> <br /> 8 within thirty (30) calendar days of completing VTR activities. Employment <br /> <br /> 9 will be verified on a format approved by ADMINISTRATOR. <br /> 10 1.2.6 WEX Employment Rate: Sixty percent (60%) of CalWORKs WTW <br /> <br /> 11 participants who attend WEX activities will obtain unsubsidized employment <br /> 12 within thirty (30) calendar days of completing WEX activities. POPULATION TO BE SERVED <br /> <br /> 15 2.1 Participants who meet all of the following criteria may be <br /> 16 referred for VTR and WEX activities: <br /> <br /> 17 2.1.1 Meet all eligibility requirements of the VTR activity; <br /> 18 2.1.2 Are deemed suitable for the activity by WTW Staff; and <br /> <br /> 19 2.1.3 Have not obtained unsubsidized employment sufficient to <br /> 20 meet minimum required hours of WTW participation: and <br /> <br /> 21 2.1.4 Have significant barriers to secure employment; and <br /> 22 2.1.5 Have completed a Vocational Assessment; and <br /> <br /> 23 2.1.6 Continue to meet CalWORKs financial eligibility criteria; <br /> 24 and <br /> <br /> 25 2.1.7 Reside in Orange County. <br /> 26 2.2 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide services to participants referred to <br /> <br /> 27 CONTRACTOR by ADMINISTRATOR under this Agreement.
