<br /> <br /> i <br /> <br /> i <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 1 goal of unsubsidized employment leading to self-sufficiency. <br /> <br /> 2 3.13 WTW Staff: An SSA employee or contracted case management staff, <br /> 3 either an Initial Services Worker (ISW) or WTW Case Manager (WTW CM), who is <br /> <br /> 4 assigned to each WTW participant to supervise the progression of the <br /> 5 participant through the WTW program and has primary responsibility to resolve <br /> <br /> 6 the participant's supportive services needs. <br /> <br /> 7 3.14 Welfare-To-Work Plan: A plan developed by WTW staff and the <br /> 8 participant that specifies work related activities in which the participant <br /> <br /> 9 shall engage and the supportive services to be provided to the participant, <br /> 10 3.15 Worksite: An employment site for WEX training activities at <br /> <br /> 11 public or private, for-profit or not-for-profit organizations. <br /> 12 4. STATUS OF CONTRACTOR <br /> <br /> 13 CONTRACTOR is and shall at all times be deemed to be an independent <br /> 14 contractor and shall be wholly responsible for the manner in which it performs <br /> <br /> 15 the services required of it by the terms of this Agreement. Nothing herein <br /> 16 contained shall be construed as creating the relationship of employer and <br /> <br /> 17 employee, or principal and agent, between COUNTY and CONTRACTOR or any of <br /> 18 CONTRACTOR's agents or employees. CONTRACTOR assumes exclusively the <br /> <br /> 19 responsibility for the acts of its employees or agents as they relate to <br /> 20 services to be provided during the course and scope of their employment. <br /> <br /> 21 CONTRACTOR, its agents, employees, and volunteers shall not be entitled <br /> 22 to any rights and/or privileges of COUNTY employees, and shall not be <br /> <br /> 23 considered in any manner to be COUNTY employees. <br /> 24 5. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFING <br /> <br /> 25 5,1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide those services, facilities, equipment <br /> 26 and supplies as described in the Exhibit "A" to the Agreement between County <br /> <br /> 27 of Orange and City of Santa Ana for the Provision of Vocational Training <br /> 28 Activities and Work Experience, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> <br /> <br /> (WAM0811) 7 of 40 (December 22, 2011) <br /> I <br /> 20B-9 <br />
