SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />�DATE:Nw ]L J 2()11 UNDER THE WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT, made and entered into this I" day of October, 2011, by and between Orange <br />County Children's Therapeutic Arts Center ("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />R E C I T A L S <br />A. The City and Contractor entered into that certain Agreement Under the Workforce Investment Act dated July <br />1, 2010, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement". <br />B. The parties amended the Agreement on October 1, 201 1 to extend the Term and amend the Budget hereto. <br />The parties now desire to again extend the Term of said Agreement and to amend the Budget which is Exhibit F <br />attached to said Agreement. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and <br />made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br />1. Section III. "Time Period of Agreement" shall be amended through December 31, 201 1, in accordance <br />with the term of said Agreement which states: "The term of this Agreement may be extended by a writing <br />executed by the Executive Director and the City Attorney". <br />2. Exhibit F to said Agreement is hereby replaced with the amended Exhibit F (Budget), attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. The amount of City's Obligation remains as stated in said Agreement. <br />3.
