The program design will include a special focus on math skills and <br />On the Job Training. <br />The SAWC will serve as the contractual and administrative lead agency and be responsible for <br />fiscal management, subcontracting, and grant reporting. It will also recruit, enroll and provide <br />support for program participants. The project will serve 290 people over a four -year period starting <br />from November 2011 to November 2015. Subcontracts with Santa Ana College, Saddleback <br />Community College, Canada College, University of California Irvine, California State University <br />Fullerton, Rapid Tech, Growth Sector, and OCTANe, will total $3,281,747. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Upon approval of the appropriation adjustment, funds will be available in the DOL Bridge to <br />Engineering account (no. 13218744 - various). <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br />�1 �%r ► c I)a_cL1 <br />Nancy T.
