Quarterly Performance Reports <br />The grantee must submit a quarterly progress report within 45 days after the end of each <br />calendar year quarter. The report rnust include quarterly information regarding grant activities. <br />Grantees will be required to report on post - program outcomes for all participants, as well as on <br />post- program follow -up and tracking activities for all participants, The last quarterly progress <br />report that grantees submit will serve ds the grant's Final Performance .Report. This report <br />should provide both quarterly and cumulative information on the grant activities. It must <br />summarize project activities, employment outcomes and other deliverables, and related results <br />of the project, and should thoroughly document the training or labor market Information <br />approaches used by the grantee. DOL will provide grantees with formal guidance about the <br />data and other information that is required to be collected and reported on either a regular basis <br />or special request basis.
