Global Green's past work <br />has demonstrated that early engagement on complex topics such as climate change <br />and sustainability is greatly beneficial. Therefore, we suggest a City Council study <br />session at the mid-point of the project, with a formal hearing held near the end of project <br />to adopt the Climate Action Plan. <br />Task 8 Work Products <br />• Report summarizing public comments on the Public Review Draft CAP and <br />proposed responses and how stakeholder input was used to refine the <br />chapter in the CAP. <br />• Three (3) community stakeholder meetings <br />• Up to six (6) targeted stakeholder outreach meetings <br />• Three (3) internal staff meetings <br />• One (1) City Council study session <br />• One (1) City Council public hearing. <br />• Powerpoint presentations for each meeting, as needed. <br />• Memorandum reporting all stakeholder meetings, the date, <br />information of meeting attendees- <br />energy <br />location and contact <br />zi
