A summary <br />of the bid invitations and bids received is as follows: <br />15 Invitations For Bid mailed <br />5 Bids received <br />Bids were solicited, opened on February 6, 2012, and evaluated (Exhibit 1). The bid received <br />from Foam Experts Roofing, Inc. is responsive to the specifications, including the required full <br />system warranty which covers material and labor, and meets the City's requirements.
