Adopt a resolution approving Site Plan Review No. 2012 -01 as conditioned. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Request of the Applicant <br />Vineyard Development is requesting approval of an amendment to an existing development <br />agreement, zoning ordinance amendment, vesting tentative tract map and site plan review to allow the <br />construction of a multi- family residential project with 284 units at 200 East First American Way. <br />Protect Location and Site Description <br />The proposed project lies within the MacArthur Place District Center (SD 43), a master planned, 62- <br />acre mixed -use project located on the north side of MacArthur Boulevard between Main Street and <br />the Newport-Costa Mesa (SR -55) Freeway. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />75A -7 <br />
