The units will range in size from 744 square feet for the smallest one - bedroom unit to 1,383 square feet for a three- bedroom unit. The overall parking ratio was calculated at 2.2 spaces per unit, regardless of bedroom count, for a total of 625 spaces. The applicant proposes to provide an additional 7 spaces of guest parking, for a total of 632 spaces — an overall parking ratio of 2.22 spaces per unit. The applicant proposes to provide this parking in a combination of standard single -car stalls and tandem stalls. Table 2 details the proposed parking.
