All products are custom made to fit any shape <br />or size of catch basin and United Storm Water will design filter configurations for specialluncommon applications. <br />The standard filter cloth used for this product is 4.0 oz/sq yd, yet heavier fabric weights are available upon request. <br />This product is also easy to clean and does not necessarily require the use of additional media for absorbing <br />petroleum hydrocarbons (depending on site conditions), yet absorbent sock material can be easily added to the <br />frame as an option. <br />Vendor's Installation Background <br />United Storm Water has been manufacturing custom-made DrainPacs'M in-house using United employees since <br />1999. We have the equipment, facility, and manpower necessary for providing eligible Entities within Orange <br />County with this product and have experience in working on projects of a similar type and scale as the scope of <br />work of this RFP. <br />United employs a team of competent manufacturing personnel who are experienced in interpreting technical <br />drawings, machining, and welding. These individuals are not only quality conscious in their work, but also offer <br />insight and practical know-how that contributes to improved functionality and streamlined design of our products. <br />United's Service Staff performs storm drain cleaning and maintenance services on a daily basis and have <br />successfully cleaned and installed thousands of BMPs yearly for various private and government entities <br />throughout California. Our highly experienced, professional service staff have received in-class and in-the-field <br />training regarding the environmental regulations that govem our industry and are trained and medically monitored <br />in accordance with O.S.H.A.
