Vendor's Installation Background United Storm Water has been manufacturing custom-made DrainPacs'M in-house using United employees since 1999. We have the equipment, facility, and manpower necessary for providing eligible Entities within Orange County with this product and have experience in working on projects of a similar type and scale as the scope of work of this RFP.
