<br />B. The Board shall appoint general counsel and special counsel to the <br /> <br />Authority to serve as necessary. <br /> <br />C. The Board may contract with a member to provide necessary <br /> <br />administrative services to the Authority as appropriate. Any administrative duties also <br /> <br />may rotate from year to year. <br /> <br />ARTICLE III. <br /> <br />TRANSFER OF FIRE OPERATIONS <br /> <br />1. List of Assets and Liabilities. An up-to-date list of all Fire Department <br /> <br />personnel, employment agreements, pension agreements, assets (including but not <br /> <br />limited to real property, equipment, Fire Department reserves, contracts and deposits) <br /> <br />and all known liabilities (including but not limited to tort and workers' compensation <br /> <br />cases and claims) shall be prepared by the transition team during the transition referred <br /> <br />to in Article VIII. below. <br /> <br />2. Transfer of County Assets and Liabilities. Effective as of the date of <br /> <br />Authority formation, County shall transfer to the Authority all assets and liabilities of the <br /> <br />Fire Department, exclusive of the Weed Abatement and Hazardous Materials Program <br /> <br />Office and their personnel (the Asset Transfer), as further set out in this Article. <br /> <br />4509-08 <br />110179v3 <br />9/27/99 <br /> <br />12 <br />
