P.C.C. A portion of the existing pavement on Bristol Street and the pavement on <br /> Highland Street and Chestnut Street is Portland cement concrete and AC pavement as noted <br /> on the plans. <br /> Portland cement concrete shall conform to Sections, 400, 200, 201, and 302 of the Standard <br /> Specifications and these Special Provisions. <br /> <br /> PCC used for street pavement and bus pad construction shall be minimum class 560-A-3250. In <br /> addition to these minimum requirements, the concrete shall possess the following <br /> characteristics: <br /> Flexural strength at 28 days: 550 p.s.i. min. <br /> Flexural strength at 7 days: 430 p.s.i. min. <br /> Compressive strength at 7 days: 2500 p.s.i. min. <br /> <br /> All cement to be used or furnished on this Project shall be Type II low alkaline Portland Cement <br /> conforming to ASTM C150. <br /> <br /> <br /> 132 <br />
