After the sound wall was constructed at Highland Street east of Bristol, it <br /> was determined by the City's Traffic Engineer that there was a sight <br /> distance issue for the adjacent driveway. Therefore it was recommended to <br /> remove a 3' by 4' section of the wall to mitigate this issue. <br /> <br /> AGREED COST = $1,260.00 <br /> <br /> 2. The City Traffic Engineer recommended adding bike lanes to the contract <br /> striping plan. <br />
