The City Traffic Engineer recommended removing and replacing five <br /> existing 50 mph signs, which were incorrectly shown on the plans, with <br /> new 40 mph, six new street sign and post, and relocating twelve signs. <br /> AGREED COST = $4,220.00 <br /> <br /> 4. At the cul-de-sac at Willits west of Bristol, a drive approach was installed <br /> to allow access to MWD's vault. The drive approach joins existing <br /> sidewalk. Therefore to prevent damage to the sidewalk and adjacent turf it <br /> was recommended to install a bollard at this location. <br /> <br /> AGREED COST = $1,639.00 <br /> <br /> 5. Due to the heavy pedestrian traffic in front of the 7-11, Design Engineering <br /> recommended modifying the existing irrigation, landscaping and hardscape <br /> to reduce damage in this area by the pedistrians. <br /> <br /> AGREED COST = $7,572.00 <br /> <br /> 6.
