The applicant is processing a condominium map for the project, but it is <br /> currently proposed to operate as an apartment complex, with units available for rent. Access to the <br /> project will be provided from First American Way with a service entrance provided from an existing <br /> driveway located along the eastern edge of the project site. Due to the complex nature of the project, a <br /> description of each of the project components is provided in more detail below.
