The overall parking ratio <br /> was calculated at 2.2 spaces per unit, regardless of bedroom count, for a total of 625 spaces. The <br /> applicant proposes to provide an additional 7 spaces of guest parking, for a total of 632 spaces - an <br /> overall parking ratio of 2.22 spaces per unit. The applicant proposes to provide this parking in a <br /> combination of standard single-car stalls and tandem stalls.
