The contract documents require a new electrical service for the irrigation <br />controller but do not specify an electrical service enclosure. The contract only <br />specifies an irrigation controller enclosure which is insufficient for the electrical <br />service; therefore a combination electrical service and irrigation controller is <br />necessary. <br />
