The contract documents require a new eight station irrigation controller and <br />indicate that six stations are to be used and two are to be spares for future <br />use. The plans show nine new irrigation control valves; therefore the irrigation <br />controller needs to be upgraded to a 12 station controller, which is the next <br />available sized controller. <br />This cost compensates the contractor for the cost of the upgraded controller <br />and equipment necessary for the controller to function properly in the new <br />enclosure and for the cost of the new combination enclosure. The cost also <br />accounts for a credit for deletion of the specified irrigation enclosure_ (PCO 2) <br />AGREED COST = $ 4172 <br />NEW CONTRACT LINE ITEMS <br />The contract documents for the Maple Street Bike Trail indicate an estimated <br />quantity for unclassified excavation of 14 cubic yards with the bid amount at <br />$200 per CY.
