5. CONTRACTOR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. <br />It is mutually agreed by and between the parties that, in the performance of their covenants <br />hereunder, Contractor are and shall be independent contractors, and not officers or employees of <br />City. <br />6. TERMINATION. <br />This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon thirty (15) days written notice to <br />the other party.
