Provide education on recycling waste. <br />28. In accordance with California Business and Professions Code section <br />11010(b)(13), the Final Tract Map and the Deed Disclosure Notice for <br />residential property shall include the following language: <br />"NOTICE OF AIRPORT IN VICINITY <br />This property is presently located in the vicinity of an airport, within <br />what is known as an airport influence area. For that reason, the <br />property may be subject to some of the annoyances or <br />inconveniences associated with proximity to airport operations (for <br />example: noise, vibration, or odors). Individual sensitivities to those <br />annoyances can vary from person to person. You may wish to <br />consider what airport annoyances, if any, are associated with the <br />property before you complete your purchase and determine whether <br />they are acceptable to you." <br />29. Designated outdoor common or recreational areas shall provide outdoor <br />signage informing the public of the presence of operating aircraft. <br />30. Prior to issuance of any building permit, a storage plan shall be submitted <br />and approved indicating storage areas measuring a minimum of 256 cubic <br />feet per residential unit within the project's garage and assigned to each unit <br />at no additional cost. <br />31. Prior to submittal into Building Plan Check, a landscape plan shall be <br />submitted. Such landscape plan shall be approved prior to issuance of any <br />building permits. <br />32. Prior to submittal into building plancheck, submit revised plans indicating a <br />new unit mix, adding a new smaller 1-bedroom floor plan option no smaller <br />than 614 s.f. and the number of smaller units not to exceed nine. <br />33. Prior to submittal into building plancheck provide revised plans reflecting the <br />following changes as reflected in the applicant's letter dated February 24, <br />2012: <br />a. Maximum unit count of 278. <br />b. Minimum 136 (49%) total units containing two and three bedrooms. <br />EXHIBIT "B"
