2010/11-2014-15 CITY OF SANTA ANA CONSOLIDATED PLAN 2012/13 <br />I ACTION PLAN <br />government agencies, advocates, and others. Relevant planning, housing, homelessness, <br />and epidemiological data were reviewed and incorporated into the planning effort. Critical <br />issues and service gaps were identified and an advisory committee developed <br />recommendations. These findings have been used by the Housing Committee of the <br />Orange County HIV Planning Council to develop a list of recommended activities for HOPWA <br />funding during FY 2012-2013, as well as the expenditure of over $5.6 million in Ryan White <br />and $370,511 in Minority AIDS Initiative resources that are expected to be available during <br />2011-2012. <br />The specific activities to be undertaken in program year 2012'2013 will be to provide <br />supportive housing services and tenant-based rental assistance. To better measure the <br />intended outcomes of HOPWA-funded activities, HUD has implemented. a comprehensive <br />reporting document. The City will work with its subrecipients to ensure all required data is <br />captured and reported.
