The legal description for the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit <br />A and incorporated by this reference as though fully set forth herein. <br />Section 2: In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />recommended actions are exempt from further review under Section 15331, Class 31, <br />which exempts projects limited to the preservation of historic resources in a manner <br />consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards. A Categorical Exemption will <br />be filed for this project. <br />Section 3: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby denies Appeal No. <br />2012-01, and affirms the Historic Resources Commission's denial of Historic Resources <br />Commission Application No. 2012-01 and Historic Register Categorization No. 2012-01. <br />These decisions are based upon the evidence submitted at the above said <br />hearing, which includes, but is not limited to: the Staff report and exhibits attached <br />thereto, and the public testimony and correspondences, all of which are incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br />Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and <br />certify the vote adopting this Resolution. <br />Section 5. This decision rendered by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />is final and is subject to judicial review pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure <br />section 1094.6.
