Scope of Work) <br />Device Manufacturing Assembly. The CPS device is assembled according to following <br />requirements: <br />1) CNC punch all individual parts. <br />2) Form (bend) all parts to the appropriate drawing. <br />3) Insert all necessary hardware into the required parts. <br />4) Seam weld the vertical members to the horizontal members making the frame. <br />5) Be sure frame is square. <br />6) Cut individual perforated screen for necessary areas. <br />7) Tack weld the perforated screen into the frame. <br />8) Using the 10-32 CREW screws, attach the appropriate bypass supports (if needed). <br />9) Using the 10-32 CREW screws, attach the appropriate bypass top (if needed). <br />10) Using the 10-32 CREW screws, attach the bottom extensions, <br />11) Mark the CPS device with the applicable location ID. <br />12) CPS devices are shipped completely assembled. Most CPS devices will fit through the man <br />hole assembled.
