Social Media Content Updates, Management & Maintenance - develop and monitor <br /> 24/7 social media content as well as manage platforms for ROC Twitter, Facebook, Linkedln <br /> and YouTube channels, all in accordance with the approved processes and protocols for each <br /> medium. <br /> <br /> Responsibilities: <br /> WBC shall: <br /> a. Completion is <br /> planned for the end of Q4/2013. <br /> <br /> TASK 7-A: 2012 COMMUNITY & CITIZENS OUTREACH <br /> <br /> Objective: <br /> Develop and implement ongoing community and citizens' outreach at targeted community, <br /> emergency preparedness and other designated events and/or presentation venues, seeking to <br /> reach and engage with hundreds of thousands of citizens and community members. <br /> <br /> Task Description: <br /> Calendar, staff and manage up to 36 community (ex. Brea Fest) and emergency preparedness <br /> (ex. National Night Out) events as well as presentations to targeted community <br /> organizations/groups (ex. Boy Scouts). <br /> Deliverables: <br /> <br /> • Master Community & Citizen Events Calendar <br /> Create and manage a master annual calendar for all milestone events that ROC will <br /> participate in and/or staff in support of emergency preparedness outreach efforts and the <br /> P2P initiative. <br /> <br /> • Event Promotion & Staffing <br /> Promote and staff (as appropriate) up to 36 community events throughout Orange County <br /> that are aligned with the Master Community & Citizen Events Calendar.
