Quality Control <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Ocean Blue considers Quality assurance a very important factor in maintaining the high standard <br /> <br /> of performance we offer our customers. In our efforts to insure the quality of services are <br /> <br /> maintained our project assurance go through the following phases: <br /> <br /> <br /> 1. Pre-Project Preparation <br /> <br /> 2. Project Monitoring <br /> <br /> 3. Post Project Job Evaluation <br /> <br /> The Pre-Project preparation involves a) hiring the right people, b) project request check list, c) <br /> <br /> comprehensive training, and d) supervisor/manager roundtable meeting to discuss potential <br /> <br /> problems, techniques, methods and disposal options. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Project Monitoring involves the a) Tailgate Safety Meeting and Confined Space Entry Permit (if <br /> <br /> required) to discuss current project. This meeting gives the employees the opportunities for <br /> <br /> questions about the project. B) On-Site Visit by General Manager or Safety Officer or company <br /> <br /> officer to see first-hand that daily plan are implemented effectively and efficiently.
