Yours. <br />The courses will be engineered to structure large amounts of information to be usable, blending <br />content, images, and technology to work together in an understandable and memorable way. <br />Courses will include a pre-test, activities, module quizzes and final exams. Users can go through the <br />entire course sequentially, repeat sections as needed and leave the course and return to the same <br />location to continue the course as needed. The online courses will be integrated in a Learning <br />Management System suitable for registering course participants, hosting the courses online, scoring <br />course completion and passage of the course final exam, and delivery of course certificates to <br />participants successfully completing the courses. <br />V. 5. Future Web Based Training <br />There is the potential for future distribution of the Southern Planning Area Interoperable <br />Communications Web Based Training Courses to other regions, throughout the State of California, <br />and to other States. The courses could be adapted or generalized for public safety and non-public <br />safety radio users anywhere, which could be a possible source of revenue for the Southern Planning <br />Area. <br />v1.6. Training Course Allocations <br />Once the web based courses are implemented, there will be up to 5400 basic and advanced training <br />courses available. Willdan calculated the allocation of the web based courses using a baseline <br />amount of 50 courses distributed to each Operational Area and the remaining courses distributed on <br />a per -capita basis. This distribution method will ensure the equitable allocation of the courses to each <br />Operational Area within the SPA. The per capita figures are based on the Department of Finance's <br />population estimates for 2011.
