g[o CHANGE ORDER REQUEST <br />ne Mission. Yours. <br />iv.4.Training Course Conversion <br />The online courses will be converted using the curriculum from the existing course materials. The <br />conversion will be conducted using existing funds which have been allocated to the current Instructor <br />Led Courses and will not exceed that amount. To host the courses a Learning Management System <br />will also be included. Current funding will cover setup fees, hosting fees, and technical support. <br />Course administration, customer service, and analysis are fees billed separately on an as needed <br />basis. <br />The content of the Web -based courses will be the same as that of the instructor -led courses, just <br />delivered in a new medium that allows more participants to take the training. Participants will be <br />allowed to complete their courses within a given period of time and in multiple sessions. Most courses <br />take two or three hours, total. There are activities and exercises built into the courses, and pop-up <br />menus that guide the participant through the material. Segments of the course can be printed for <br />review and reference. In each course, the participants will be asked to evaluate the course and <br />provide suggestions, and Willdan will monitor their feedback very closely to make improvements as <br />needed. <br />To convert the online courses the curriculum of the instructor led courses, including pre-tests, <br />activities, exercises, and post-tests, will be divided into several, easily digested modules, and further <br />divided into lessons and activities. Each module will address the high-level skills related to <br />interoperable communications and the specific skills that support them. The course modules are <br />sequential but the participant will be able to navigate to any module or lesson to allow for students at <br />all levels of knowledge and background to find a comfortable starting place, or to review any lesson. <br />There will also be a course map that lists modules, sections, and pages in each lesson. <br />GTSI Confidential <br />
