ATTACHMENT NO.2 <br />Restaurant Operational Standards <br />1. The restaurant must be open a minimum of five days per week. <br />2. The restaurant must be open for lunch, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. <br />Monday through Friday. <br />3. The restaurant must be open for dinner, between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. a <br />minimum of four days per week. <br />4.
