EXEMPT FROM FEES PURUSANT <br />TO GOVERNMENT CODE § 6103 <br />3. Based upon the foregoing, the subject property meets the minimal <br />standards of the landmark category pursuant to Section 30-2.2(1) <br />of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br />4. The legal owner of the subject property is the County of Orange. <br />5. The legal description for the subject property is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A and incorporated by this reference as though fully set <br />forth herein. <br />Section 2. The subject properties meet the minimal standards are hereby <br />designated a landmark category pursuant to Section 30-2.2(1) of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code. <br />Section 3. For the subject properties, the report for each property consisting of <br />the "Executive Summary" and DPR forms, is on file in the office of the Clerk of the <br />Council, and is hereby approved and adopted, and together with the staff report and this <br />resolution, justify the findings for designation of each of the above properties as a <br />landmark structure. The Clerk of the Council is authorized and directed to include this <br />resolution in the City of Santa Ana Register of Historical Property. <br />Section 4. The Commission Secretary is hereby directed to file a certified copy <br />of this Resolution with the County Recorder's Office after the adoption of this Resolution. <br />Section 5.
