Grantor is the record owner of certain real <br />property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of <br />California, legally described as Lots 2, 3, and 6 in Block 5 of <br />the town of Santa Ana, as shown on a map recorded in Book 2, <br />Page 51 of Miscellaneous Maps of Los Angeles County, California, <br />commonly known as the Santora Building, which property includes <br />improvements consisting of a two-story brick-faced building <br />constructed in approximately 1929 ("the Building11). <br />B. The exterior facade of the Building is one of <br />architectural and historical significance and is entered on the <br />National Register of Historic Places. <br />C. Grantee is a non-profit corporation authorized and <br />qualified to accept charitable gifts of easement for the purpose <br />of preserving buildings, structures, or sites of historical, <br />architectual, or cultural significance. <br />D.
