Plans and specifications to acoomplish the <br />restoration and reconstruction. <br />If in the opinion of the Grantee, after reviewing such <br />report, the purpose and intent of this conservation Easement <br />will be served, Grantor shall be required to restore or <br />reconstruct the Building according to the plans and <br />specifications submitted pursuant to Paragraph D above. If in <br />the opinion of the Grantee, any restoration or reconstruction <br />would not serve the purpose and intent of this` Conservation <br />Easement, Grantor shall comply with the provisions of this <br />Conservation Easement in the event Grantor wishes to so restore <br />or reconstruct the Building. <br />7. If any action or proceeding be commenced for the <br />taking of the Building or any part thereof or interest therein, <br />for public or quasi-public use under the power of eminent <br />domain, condemnation or otherwise, or if the same be taken or <br />damaged by reason of any public improvement or condemnation <br />proceeding, or in any other manner, or if the Grantor receives <br />any notice or other information regarding such proceeding <br />action, taking or damage, Grantor shall give prompt written <br />notice thereof to Grantee. Grantee shall be entitled at its <br />option to participate in any action or settlement with respect <br />to any condemnation awards and recover compensation from the <br />condemning authority for any loss or damage caused by such <br />condemnation. <br />S. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grantor <br />shall indemnify, defend, and hold Grantee, its officers, <br />directors, agents, and employees harmless Corm and against: <br />A. Real property taxes and general or special <br />assessment assessed and levied against the Building and/or land. <br />B.
