Grantor agrees that no easements, or similar or <br />like interests in real proeerty, for purposes of placement of <br />utilities or transmission lines, or other like or similar uses, <br />may be granted or otherwise created on the property, except <br />those required for the existing improvements. <br />8. Grantor agrees that Grantor shall permit no dumping <br />or storage of trash, rubbish or any other unsightly or <br />offensive materials on the property. <br />9. Grantor agrees that Grantor shall permit no <br />topographical changes, including, but not limited to, the <br />excavation and cutting of trees greater than eight (8) inches <br />in diameter, except those which are dead or dying. <br />10. Grantor agrees that Grantee or Grantee's <br />representatives shall be permitted at all reasonable times to <br />inspect the property and the improvements. Although Grantee <br />shall generally be able to make adequate inspection from the <br />street, Grantor agrees that Grantee or his representative shall <br />be permitted to enter and inspect the improvements from the <br />inside for purposes of insuring maintenance of structural <br />soundness of the improvements.
