Grantor agrees that Grantor shall do nothing to <br />obstruct or in any way impair such view, and shall take <br />whatever actions as are reasonable under the circumstances to <br />prevent obstruction or impairment by others. <br />4. Grantor agrees that should Grantor undertake any <br />development on the property after date of this deed, such <br />development shall conform in all material respects with <br />applicable local, state and Federal standards for construction <br />or rehabilitation within a district registered as an historic <br />district on the National Register maintained by the United <br />States Department of interior. <br />5. Grantor agrees that the property shall not be <br />subdivided and shall not be conveyed or devised except as a <br />single unit. <br />6. Grantor agrees that no enlargement of the existing <br />improvements, or building of additional improvements shall take <br />place, except that in the event of damage resulting from <br />casualty to an extent rendering repair or reconstruction of the <br />existing improvements unreasonable, building of comparable <br />replacement improvements, the design of which shall be subject <br />to the prior approval of Grantee, which approval shall not <br />reasonably be withheld, shall be permitted.
