4 Perform all subsequent loading of legacy data as needed through cutover <br />a. Confirm with Jail staff the acceptance of the loaded legacy data <br />Training <br />1 Train users to utilize the system <br />2 Provide context-based training to groups of managers, clerical staff, officers, super <br />users, and system administrators <br />3 ATIMS will allocate a total of 40 hours of onsite training and an additional 20 hours <br />remote training. The CITY can decide when and how the hours will be divided based on <br />an agreed upon training plan. <br />5. CITY Responsibilities <br />Following is a description of CITY's responsibilities during the implementation process: <br />Pre-installation <br />Install adequate server and client hardware <br />Provide ATIMS with transaction volumes of legacy systems <br />Define user access and security privilege classes and provide a complete list of <br />users, titles, and relevant user information. <br />Provide ATIMS with basic network configuration details including hosts and <br />TCP/IP addresses <br />Provide ATIMS with Internet/VPN access for remote support and maintenance <br />Data Conversion <br />I Extract data from Legacy Jail System and provide the extracted data in a SQL database <br />or delimited/flat ASCII file format <br />Review legacy system to identify fields that are an anomaly and used for other than the <br />field's initial purpose (if any), to assist ATIMS to map fields to the appropriate field in <br />ATIMS's System. <br />3 3.
