Parking Enforcement Services <br />July 16, 2012 <br />3 of 3 <br />method for contracting parking enforcement services is through a multi-year agreement to <br />amortize the significant start-up investment of equipment and personnel required to provide this <br />service. The initial contract would be for two-years with an option for three additional two-year <br />renewals based on contractor performance and cost effectiveness. <br />Based on the information provided herein, it has been determined that Central Parking will <br />provide the best quality service at minimal cost to the City.
