We are very excited about the opportunity to <br />partner with the City In helping make their Enforcement Programs a citizen friendly and customer <br />services driven system which encourages continued economic prosperity for the City. <br />Central Parking is well versed in Municipal parking operations as well as the nuances of working with <br />and representing a public entity. Our programs are structured to encourage citizen involvement and <br />feedback while practicing consistent and Impartial services at the direction of our clients. As one of <br />the largest operators of parking and parking related services in the nation, we manage over 2,400 <br />facilities nationwide, many of which are located in Southern California. We manage portfolios for <br />many local public agencies including the cities of; Anaheim, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Riverside, <br />Santa Monica, Carson, Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, LAX Airport, Toll Roads of Orange County as <br />well as Newport Beach where as part of our turn-key solutions we currently provide enforcement <br />services. A more comprehensive list of our municipal references is included in Section 1- Company <br />Experience. <br />Based upon your RFP guidelines, we have prepared a succinct and comprehensive proposal that <br />encompasses the needs of serving the citizens of the City in a manner that is expected by you. <br />Through our on site visits, we have a firm understanding of the complexities of your operations. Our <br />desire is to bring as much professionalism to the City in our management of the City's Parking <br />Enforcement Program, as you have in your own progressive City management. <br />In our response to this RFP, we have paid special attention to the City's primary goals of selecting a <br />qualified team that will provide a first class operation while ensuring a safe, citizen-friendly, fair and <br />well-maintained enforcement system. We are confident that with the implementation of our plan, <br />the City will see measurable results in the short term. Our experienced management team will be <br />responsive and will successfully serve the needs of the City with a sense of urgency. In addition, our <br />goal will be to make necessary operational recommendations to maximize citation revenues and to <br />achieve operational excellence through the implementation of cutting edge technology by <br />modernizing the current enforcement equipment and to increase the quality of services for the <br />public. <br />25F-45
