6) Pay for all marketing and promotional costs. <br />G. Protocol Management <br />1) Work with PRCSA to identify, invite and support the participation of government and <br />other community representatives as well as talent, performers, and VIPs. <br />2) Submit to PRCSA requests for parade entries according to the timeline established for <br />the parade. <br />H. Management and Support <br />1) Provide timely reporting on financial and event management matters starting every four <br />weeks and increasing in frequency towards the event date, as determined by PRCSA. <br />2) Coordinate all inquiries regarding the event and manage the information flow between <br />PRCSA, volunteers, venues) and suppliers. <br />3) Provide required documentation with a final post -event report to PRCSA, including <br />financial and budget detail and event recommendations. <br />I. Security <br />1) Ensure that effective communications with security personnel is maintained throughout <br />the events to ensure proper intervention on all security needs, issues, and problems. <br />2) Maintain a high level of communication with City of Santa Ana staff on security issues. <br />3) Negotiate and contract for crowd management activities (i.e. security, barriers and area <br />access), working in conjunction with the City of Santa Ana and others. <br />4) Producer will be responsible for the cost of additional police officers required to <br />respond to security issues that may result from Film Fiesta activities. <br />0 <br />
