GARY M. CLIFFORD <br />CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER <br />CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Responsible for all of the municipal franchise operating divisions including collection, transfer, <br />recycling, street sweeping, and disposal services, including our operations in the Inland Empire from <br />our Riverside facility. <br />Directs the day to day operations, customer service, sales, and equipment maintenance areas. As the <br />Chief Operating Officer, he oversees the company business strategies and development of new <br />business opportunities along with compliance of all existing contracts and ventures and responsible <br />for numerous hauling and street sweeping operations. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Extensive senior management experience and leadership including researching, evaluating, capital <br />project management, negotiating, and resolving complex managerial projects. His background <br />includes many years spent with Warner Media Services, a division of AOL/Time Warner, and also as <br />an Instructor at Azusa Pacific University, School of Business and Management. <br />Additionally, he has over 16 years of experience working with state and local government, including <br />development of public policy and procedure. He has worked with a broad array of public officials at <br />state, local, and federal levels and has developed key relationships. <br />EDUCATION <br />Master of Arts Degree (MAOM) in Organizational Management, Azusa Pacific University <br />Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in Applied Management, Azusa Pacific University. <br />WILLIAM WILSON <br />GENERAL MANAGER <br />CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />As the General Manager, he has day to day operational responsibility for the division comprised of a <br />fleet of over 150 vehicles and 250 employees. Duties include oversight of all services, safety, <br />customer service, and facility management. He manages our Street Sweeping fleets in the Inland <br />Empire, the San Gabriel Valley and Orange County. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />A seasoned transportation industry leader with over 20 years experience who possesses excellent <br />leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
