TOMMY OUZOONIAN <br />DIRECTOR OF GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS <br />CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Responsible for developing new and enhancing existing relationships with local municipalities in <br />regard to Street Sweeping. In recent years his experience includes developing the company's <br />successful responses to RFP's for the Cities of Newport Beach, Agoura Hills, Mission Viejo, <br />Placentia, San Marino, Azusa, Covina, San Gabriel, Monterey Park, Pomona, and others. <br />Additionally, he works closely with chambers of commerce, colleges and school districts, and various <br />business and community leaders. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Over 18 years with Athens Services. Experience includes management of the Sales Department and <br />Planning Department and has worked on many vital special projects and developed the Athens <br />Services website. <br />INDUSTRY ACTIVITIES <br />y Frequent presenter at universities and community organizations throughout Southern California <br />EDUCATION <br />California State University at Fullerton <br />BALTAZAR ORONOZ <br />OPERATIONS MANAGER <br />CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />As the Operations Manager, he oversees the day-to-day sweeping operations. He keeps and <br />maintains quality service, good customer relations, up to date employees' files, accident investigation <br />and reporting, conducts safety meetings and trains drivers on safe driving techniques. Maintains <br />regular contact with City Staff to assure contract compliance and acts as the city liaison to make sure <br />all City goals are met. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />A true industry professional, he joined Athens in 2004 and brings extensive operational management <br />experience to the team. He is an excellent team motivator and is fluent bilingual English/Spanish, <br />drug and alcohol abuse certified, and accident investigation trained and certified. <br />Baltazar has managed several street sweeping transitions for Athens, including Newport Beach, <br />Hermosa Beach, Pomona, Placentia, Villa Park, and others. <br />EDUCATION <br />California State University at LA - Masters in Business Administration <br />EVELYN CORNEJO <br />CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER <br />CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Evelyn manages the daily activity of all customer service personnel. She prepares customer/resident <br />inquiry reports and makes sure that all supervisors and managers are informed and able to respond to <br />our customers' special needs. Evelyn is responsible for hiring, training, and development of all <br />Customer Service Representatives and Receptionists. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Evelyn has over 10 years experience in the industry and has worked on many vital projects to <br />improve the quality of our service. Specifically, she has continued to maintain our 50 year tradition <br />of answering the phone personally without the use of an automated system that frustrates so many. <br />25H-85
