Dwight Smith, Director of OC Catholic Worker — <br />"Downtown Inc., and especially Ms. Vicky Baxter, has opened my eyes to the possibilities of working with a PBID. <br />Our sister organization, the LACW, stands in awe of the relationship we have enjoyed with Downtown Inc ... I <br />hope the City could publicly express its disfavor of those who have lied about the use to which Downtown Inc. <br />puts the public's tax dollars. I for one would like to see transparency include the investigation and even <br />prosecution of those who use the mails to generate damaging untruths about civic institutions. It's hard <br />enough to teach the people of the OC how wonderful Santa Ana is - we simply cannot tolerate those in our <br />midst who stoop to lies and false innuendo.
