G. CITIZEN COMMENTS <br />The City of Santa Ana ensured it complied with its Citizen Participation Plan by providing the public <br />an opportunity to review and comment on this annual performance report. A 15-day comment <br />period was held from August 6, 2012, through August 20, 2012. The Redevelopment and Housing <br />Commission of the City of Santa Ana held the required public hearing to review this document on <br />August 16, 2011. Notice of the comment period and public hearing was published on August 5, <br />2012, in the following newspapers: <br />¦ English: Orange County Register <br />¦ Spanish: La Opinon <br />¦ Vietnamese: Nguoi Viet News <br />The "Proof of Publication" (Orange County Register only) and a summary of public comments are <br />provided in EXHIBIT 2. <br />08/23/2012 29 <br />19C-37
