The reduction in traffic - related noise at ST -5 would result from the inclusion of <br />project - related structures erected on the project site that would shield traffic noise from Fairview <br />Street. Therefore, offsite noise impacts associated with project - related traffic would be less than <br />significant. <br />Operation Traffic ( Onsite Land Uses) <br />Project- Related Traffic Noise. The project TIA prepared by Fehr & Peers (Appendix C) and the <br />TNM noise model were used to determine potential traffic impacts to onsite portions of the project, <br />as described above for offsite traffic impacts.
