Bid Format <br />To facilitate the bid proposal review process, all bid proposals must strictly adhere to the format, <br />table of contents, titles, page limits, and numbering for requested information items as set forth in <br />Section VII, Bid Proposal Submission Forms. Any deviation from the Section VII format and the <br />required Bid Proposal Submission Forms may result in disqualification, at the City's discretion. <br />All Proposers must strictly adhere to the following rules in preparing their bid proposals, and any <br />deviation may result in disqualification: <br />i. Use only standard one inch (1") margins; <br />ii.Use only size 12 font; <br />iii. Use only single-sided pages; <br />iv. Observe all page limit requirements, as specified; <br />v. Use proposal binders no larger than 12"x 12"; <br />vi. Use tabs or dividers to separate bid response sections. <br />F. Complete Answers & Responses <br />All bid proposals must provide answers to all questions and provide complete responses to each <br />and every requested item and category as specified in Section VII. Specific submission data have <br />been provided for your convenience for each submission item. Proposers are required to supply, <br />at a minimum, the items listed for specific submission. Proposers are permitted, within the <br />prescribed page limits, to submit additional information that they deem helpful in the evaluation <br />and grading process.
