.. , N- 2011 -116 -002 r;.iF �'t,a 2p12 ,.FfftS P AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT 0' P ,CS via M )�R�AMENDMENT TO RECREATION SERVICES AGREEMENT is made and Silvia �� entered ifito this 154' day of June, 2012 by and between Suzanne Ryan, (hereinafter "Provider "), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City "). RECITALS: The parties entered into Agreement N- 2011 -116, dated September 12, 2011, as amended from time to time, (hereinafter the "Agreement ") by which Provider has provided recreation and leisure class services in the City's leisure program. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to revise the Scope of Services (Exhibit A), and extend the term. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Recreation Services Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended by substitution of a new Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference. 2. Section 3, TERM, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: "This Agreement shall commence on September 12, 2011 and continue until either party terminates by providing thirty (30) day written notice to the other party, at the address set forth in Section 8 of said Agreement" 3. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to Recreation Services Agreement on the day and year first set forth above. ATTEST: Maria D.
