<br />2. During the inspection Ocean Blue may discover illegal connections to the storm drain system. <br />We will notify the City and video tape the illegal connections. <br />3. During the inspection, we may discover cracks in the system where objects can seep into the <br />system. We will notify the City and if desired we will seal the joints with 5-year Warren ty. <br />Ocean Blue have sealed over hundred storm drain joints. <br />4. On large projects, Santa Ana River may need to be boomed-off. Ocean Blue has 15,000 feet <br />of boom and boats/punts to deploy them. <br />6. An enhancements to Scope of Work <br />We recommend adding the following to the scope of work. <br />1. In case of spill cleanup, make every effort to bill RP (Response Party) directly. <br />2. Have the ability to contain spills in Santa Ana River. <br />3. Have license and perform Trauma Scene cleanup. <br />Exce is/Deviations <br />No exceptions or deviations.
