EXHIBIT "A-1" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The City intends to amend the Scope of Services under the current Agreement with Pacific <br />Services, Inc. (Vendor). The vendor will establish a portable wireless mesh network in the <br />Santa Ana Civic Center Plaza which will link with the point-to-point high capacity wireless <br />system already provided to the City by Pacific Services. The portable wireless mesh <br />network will be used to link several video security cameras and relay the images to a central <br />viewing system. <br />This portable system is in furtherance of an ongoing, multi-phase critical infrastructure <br />hardening project headed by the Santa Ana Police Department in order to improve overall <br />security of the Santa Ana Civic Center, Police Department, and the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Transportation Center. The vendor will develop the engineering specifications, provide all <br />equipment, perform the equipment installation, and configure the portable wireless mesh <br />network to operate with the City's existing network. <br />As part of this First Amendment, Compensation shall be increased by an amount not to <br />exceed $17,000.00 to pay for the additional services and deliverables provided during the <br />term of said Agreement, for a total amount not to exceed $80,000.00 under the term of said <br />Agreement.
