The end result will be a field-implemented synchronized timed <br />route, achieved through design ind engineering, construction and installation of held <br />controllers and maintenance and monitoring to ensure continuous improvement of the <br />svstenr. <br />PLoiec t Plan and 5cliedule <br />To verify and monitor the irnprovernerrts before and after studies will be initiated using <br />travel tirnes, average speeds, average stops per mile and vehicle emissions.
