WIA 2012 -2013 Grant <br />OCCTAC-- Budget Narrative <br />Personnel $90,225.00 <br />Case Manager - -100% FTE for 11 months: $39,600 (Benefits Included) <br />40 -hours a week 11 months @ $20.00 per hour <br />The Case Manager will work 40 hours a week for 11 months providing: recruitment & <br />intake, assessment, documentation & case notes; identify barriers and goals; monitor <br />progress & goals; meet regularly with individual WIA participants to train on <br />employment and job skills; represent OCCTAC in provider network and youth council <br />meetings; organize and attend OCCTAC -WIA Staff Meetings and document input; <br />organize related activities. <br />Case Manager Assistant - -100% FTE for 10 months: $10,125.00 (Benefits Included) <br />15 -hours a week 10 months @ $15.00 per hour <br />The Case Manager Assistant will work 20 hours a week for 10 months providing: <br />recruitment & intake, assessment, documentation & case notes; identify barriers and <br />goals; monitor progress & goals; meet regularly with individual WIA participants to <br />train on employment and job skills; represent OCCTAC in provider network and youth <br />council meetings; organize and attend OCCTAC -WIA Staff Meetings and document <br />input; organize related activities. <br />Arts /Technology Instructor PTE for 10 months: $8,100.00 (Benefits Included) <br />10 -hours a week for 10 months @ $18.00 per hour <br />The respective position will be responsible for providing educational and career training <br />to all WIA participants as it relates to the arts and technology emphasis; mentoring and <br />assisting participants with related work experience placement; observing and monitoring <br />participants with technical /artistic skills; documenting progress throughout the program; <br />meeting regularly & individually with WIA participants to train on related curriculum; <br />and attending regular team meetings. <br />Literacy /Instructor PTE for 10 months: $12,150.00 (Benefits Included) <br />15 -hours a week for 10 months @ $18.00 per hour <br />Position/s is responsible for assessing the literacy and basic skills of all WIA <br />participants; teaching WIA participant's learning and literacy strategies; monitor & <br />document literacy progress throughout the program; meeting regularly with WIA <br />participants and attend regular team meetings. <br />Exhibit G <br />
