µ,«" haA�cpma ECEYOR Smieea <br />ffi�a 19ia <br />Classic Media Character Appearance <br />"Do's" & "Don'ts" <br />Sponsor must provide: <br />1) "Costume Handler" for appearance <br />2) Changing area (dressing room) that is clean, air conditioned, with a stand up fan, <br />well lit & easily accessible for character(s). <br />Costume handler should be aware of the following "do's" and "don'ts": <br />"DO'S" <br />• Do help the actors in and out of costume as needed. <br />• Do allow the actors to take a 20 minute break after every 40 minutes of work <br />• Do allow the actors to take a 1 -hour lunch if they will work a total of five <br />hours or more. <br />• Do escort the actors back and forth to their changing area making sure that <br />they do not get stopped for photo opportunities_ Inform fans that the <br />characters will be back in an estimated time. <br />• Do provide water for the actors at break time as needed_ <br />• Do use good judgment. <br />"DON'TS" <br />• Don't allow the characters to endorse any product or have pictures taken <br />with any product. <br />• Don't allow the characters to be photographed in a weak or silly position_ <br />• Don't allow the characters to hold any children as we cannot be responsible <br />for what happens. <br />• Don't allow the characters to be shown hurting a fan. <br />• Don't allow the characters to mix with other licensed characters. <br />• Don't allow fans to touch the characters in inappropriate place or attack <br />the characters. <br />• Don't allow fans to mill around the characters and get into photos if they <br />are not with the fans getting photos taken (happens often with fans in <br />costumes who think they can add to the photo opportunity) <br />Purchaser's Initials: W , Tel: 413-304-2112 " Fax: 413-304-2120 <br />
